Meal blog:

First proper meal: grilled fish and salad

Snack: Banana smoothie made with skim milk, low fat yoghurt and a little honey.

Dinner: Grilled fish and garden salad with fetta cheese

Snack: Banana smoothie with banana and soy milk

2.5  litres of water
