Breakfast: 2 x toast with jam and 1 x tea

Mid morning snack: nothing

Lunch: Chicken and vegetable Pie and Apple turnover with bottled iced tea

Mid afternoon snack: ham sandwich and 1 x coffee

Dinner: Pasta with vegetables

Supper: nothing

Exercise: 15 minute walk

1 litre water consumed
